To date, one of the largest and most powerful vessels seen in the Vorlon navy, has been the "Star Dreadnought." The Star Dreadnought, when compared in size to the Vorlon Planet Killer, must measure roughly 1 kilometer in length. This class of war ship seems to possess greater fire power than a standard Shadow capital ship, as it can destroy its Shadow counterpart with a single blast.
Very much like their Shadow counterparts, this Vorlon vessel is organic in nature and virtually unstoppable. During a battle with the Shadows, a Vorlon Star Dreadnought was hit by a Shadow energy beam. The beam had little to no effect on this mammoth vessel. This was the first instance in modern history that a Shadow energy beam has been stopped. To date, no construct nor anything in nature has been able to stand up to Shadow weapon fire.
Although the Vorlon's technology appears to be as advanced as the Shadows, it should be noted that in many instances Vorlon technology has the apearance of being less advanced. For instance, the Vorlons use a type of gravimetric/hyperspace drive engine to propel their ships in real space, just like the Shadows. Vorlons also use some type of Hyper Dynamic Ion engines, similar to those used by younger races like the Minbari and Centauri, a system of propulsion that the Shadows have completely abandoned. Also, Vorlon organic technology seems to be less advanced when compared to that of the Shadows, retaining the appearance of actually being constructed. Also Shadow vessels are merely direct organic extensions of their pilots, where as Vorlon ships of similar size seem to have controls and some need more than one crew member to operate it.
It is hard to tell whether any and/or all of these seemingly technological paradoxes have any validity. It is common knowledge that the Vorlons used a great deal of unneeded and, more often than not, obsolete technology simply to hide from younger races just how advanced they really were. This seem to lend strong credence to the analogy "Dont' forget what you already know".
Now that the Vorlons and Shadows are gone, it is unknown what has happened to the Vorlon home world and colonies, or the technology on these planets. An expedition into Vorlon space is likely in the near future.
